About Me

Jason Allison, a certified alcohol and drug counselor level II through California Association of Alcoholism and Drug Abuse Counselors (CAADAC). #A4680711

My experience includes working with individuals struggling with addiction, alcohol and substance abuse, trauma, and PTSD. I have also assisted those dealing with loss and grief through working with the Chaplin with the Department of Defense. I have worked with the homeless and criminal justice population along with the active duty military members for all services through the Department of Defense.

It takes a lot of courage to embark on an exploration of the self. I am here to help guide you through this process. Together, we can discover your inner strengths, and gain insight to find the balance and personal growth that you are searching for. I am committed to helping you find your way through life’s many challenges, and gain peace of mind along the way.

I offer a strong emphasis on person-centered care, cognitive-behavioral techniques, and motivational interviewing. I strive to adapt my therapeutic approach to fit the needs of each individual. My main focus is to apply interventions with dedicated compassion, support, encouragement, useful feedback, and unwavering non-judgmental positive regard.
